Procurement Manager
Location: Baltimore, MD (On-site)

Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end procurement process for all projects: review, order, track, and confirm delivery of materials
- Ensure every project is properly set up for a successful installation before it hits the schedule
- Build and implement procurement procedures, checklists, and SOPs that create consistency and scalability
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure pricing, quality, and reliable delivery
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate price increases through strategic vendor management
- Partner daily with Sales, Warehouse Operations, and Accounting to align purchasing priorities with project timelines
- Oversee procurement documentation, vendor performance tracking, and pricing accuracy
- Work closely with the warehouse team to align orders with storage capacity and receiving protocols
- Track and report key procurement metrics (on-time delivery, cost savings, price variance, supplier performance)
- Regularly audit and update materials pricing used by the sales and estimating teams
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 or more years of experience in procurement, purchasing, materials coordination, or supply chain operations (construction/trades environment preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, you catch issues before they become field problems
- Proactive communicator who collaborates well across departments
- Demonstrated ability to work with vendors, compare pricing, and manage orders accurately
- Comfortable building structure and improving processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and the ability to learn systems like JobTread
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
Compensation & Benefits
- Full-time, W-2 Employment
- Base salary range: $40,000 to $50,000 (based on experience)
- Medical insurance
- Performance-based bonus potential (biannual)
- Eligibility for benefits after 90-day introductory period
