Location: Baltimore, MD (Field-based across the Baltimore Metro Area)

Key Responsibilities

Install residential and commercial fencing according to Abbey quality standards
Dig, set posts, level, secure hardware, and complete a clean, professional finish work
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at job sites
Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas throughout the project
Work outdoors in varying Maryland weather conditions (heat, cold, snow)
Follow instructions from crew leaders and the Installation Manager to complete projects efficiently
Represent Abbey professionally when interacting with homeowners and customers on-site

Qualifications

Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn a skilled trade
Comfortable performing physical labor outdoors for extended periods
Any construction, landscaping, or hands-on labor experience is a plus
Ability to work as part of a team and follow directions
Reliable transportation to job sites
Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)

Compensation & Benefits

Full-time, W-2 Employment
Starting pay: $20/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, ~7:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m.; overtime as needed
Medical insurance
Performance-based bonus potential (biannual)
Abbey ACE Incentive Program: crews can earn additional incentive pay when installations are completed ahead of schedule
Eligibility for benefits after 90-day introductory period
