Fence Installer (Entry-Level - Will Train)

Location: Baltimore, MD (Field-based across the Baltimore Metro Area)

Key Responsibilities

• Install residential and commercial fencing according to Abbey quality standards
• Dig, set posts, level, secure hardware, and complete a clean, professional finish work
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at job sites
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas throughout the project
• Work outdoors in varying Maryland weather conditions (heat, cold, snow)
• Follow instructions from crew leaders and the Installation Manager to complete projects efficiently
• Represent Abbey professionally when interacting with homeowners and customers on-site

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn a skilled trade
• Comfortable performing physical labor outdoors for extended periods
• Any construction, landscaping, or hands-on labor experience is a plus
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow directions
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)

Compensation & Benefits

• Full-time, W-2 Employment
• Starting pay: $20/hour (based on experience)
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, ~7:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m.; overtime as needed
• Medical insurance
• Performance-based bonus potential (biannual)
• Abbey ACE Incentive Program: crews can earn additional incentive pay when installations are completed ahead of schedule
• Eligibility for benefits after 90-day introductory period
